Shipping policy
At Larenfete LLC, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for orders placed within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
* You will receive another notification email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
* Please note that during high-volume periods or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping to all addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
* Standard Shipping: 3 - 7 business days
* Express Shipping: 1 - 3 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
* Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
* If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Larenfete LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once transferred to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
* Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately.
* Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
